NetPoint product warranty validation.

NetPoint Warranty Application Procedures

NetPoint products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of sale of the equipment including shipment and/or performance report to a maximum of 6 months upon purchase from the distributor. NetPoint's sole liability under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product within the warranty period and at NetPoint's discretion.

Replacement parts are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for thirty (30) days or for the remainder of the warranty period of the NetPoint product they are replacing, whichever is longer. Out-of-warranty products sent to NetPoint without registration in the database shall not have an effective delivery. It is necessary to send the component that is changed to NetPoint for testing and correction of problems to avoid them in the future.

This warranty does not cover the costs associated with the removal and / or reinstallation of the product for repair, nor for parts that are easily replaced in normal use. It is necessary to ask your distributor or seller for support to avoid shipping costs of the product.

The end user is responsible for sending the defective product according to the procedure indicated by the NetPoint distributor or the brand with evidence of the RMA report on this page.

NetPoint RMA Limitation

NetPoint's product warranty is void if the RMA product has been altered or tampered with in any way that changes the product from its original shipping configuration or form. Unless such activity has been authorized in writing by a representative of NetPoint.

Modifications include:

External surfaces that have been painted, marked or otherwise modified from original shipping condition.
Unauthorized modifications in reflectors, dipoles or other similar parts.

Any product subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress but not limited to lightning strikes, electric shocks, voltage inductions, negligence, accident or misuse.

Any product damaged due to incorrect installation that includes but not limited to improper product assembly, incorrect wiring or power connections, damage to pigtails and malpractice. This product must be installed by a certified professional.

Damages induced by third-party products other than the original equipment.

Equipment purchased secondhand or with an RMA previously presented without an operations report of less than 1 month will be considered as "solved or void".
