There are scenarios where the link capacity is insufficient to have large backhauls or where high frequency such as 11 GHz is required. In this case the combination of NP2 (NP5-DP-3FT) antennas and Mimosa C5C radio is the best cost-benefit design. With NP2 correct alignment or signal hitting at the center lobe, it makes a good backhaul for a very noisy environment.

A good backhaul relies on the radio’s modulation power, signal level and correct alignment of the antennas’ frequencies. This case study was presented in Kino, Sonora, Mexico.
